Stays fresh for longer on an oily scalp
The Thurp Hairology Oily Hair Shampoo gently and thoroughly removes excess sebum and product residue from the scalp without drying it out or stimulating the sebaceous glands, which delays regreasing. Sage, thyme and rosemary, together with the fresh scent, leave the scalp feeling pleasantly fresh.
Rub a hazelnut-sized amount between wet palms until it lathers lightly. Apply to damp hair and massage gently into the scalp. The lengths are cleansed as you rinse. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and repeat if needed.
Does the shampoo dry out the scalp? No. Harsh shampoos dry out the scalp and so stimulate even more sebum. The Oily Hair Shampoo therefore cleanses thoroughly but gently.
Do I need a conditioner afterwards? Apply a few sprays of Nourishing or Volume Leave-in Spray to the lengths and ends only, not to the scalp.
