After cleansing with the Thurp Hairology Nourishing Shampoo, apply carefully to lengths and ends, leave for 3 to 5 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
Do I also need the mask? For very dry hair or curls, yes: first the Nourishing Mask, then the conditioner, which seals the cuticle.
How long should I leave it on? 3 to 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
