The Thurp app is coming to Android

Before it launches for everyone on the Play Store, we're testing it with barbers, hairdressers and everyone who works with Thurp. Enter the email address of your Google account and we'll add you to the beta.

Join the beta

The address you're signed in with on the Play Store. You'll find it in the Play Store app under your profile picture at the top right. It's the only address we can add as a tester in Google Play.

How to join the test

  1. Enter your address

    The email address of the Google account you're signed in with on the Play Store. You'll get a confirmation right away.

  2. Wait for access

    We add you as a tester in Google Play and email you the link to the test.

  3. Install the app

    Open the link on your phone, join the test and install the app from the Play Store as usual. Updates arrive automatically.

    Every Thurp product with data sheets. Point at the barcode and the details are there.

    Every shade sorted by depth, with code and tone.

  • Processing timer

    Several timers at once. Keeps running in the background and reminds you.

  • Colour recipes

    Save mixes with shades, ratio, photo and client.

  • Mixing calculator

    Colour and developer in the right ratio, no mental maths at the chair.

  • Stock

    Record what's on the shelf, with target and actual.

  • Magazine

    Expert articles with bookmarks you can read offline.

  • Masterclass

    Videos from the Thurp Academy, right in the app.

Frequently asked questions

Which email address should I enter?
The address of the Google account you're signed in with on the Play Store. It usually ends in @gmail.com. You'll find it in the Play Store app when you tap your profile picture at the top right.
When can I start?
We add testers step by step. As soon as you're in, you'll get an email with the link to the test.
Which phone do I need?
An Android phone running Android 10 or later with the Google Play Store.
What does it cost?
Nothing. The app is free, in the beta and afterwards.
Do I need a Thurp account?
No. The app works without signing in. Colour recipes and clients are stored on your phone, none of it goes to Thurp.
How do I give feedback?
Through the app's page on the Play Store or by email to info@thurp.de. Every note helps us improve the app.
Can I leave the test?
Yes, any time. You can leave the test via the test link. If you'd like us to delete your address, write to info@thurp.de.
